We can help you calculate income from your woodlands, in order to help you manage them more effectively:
Timber Valuations and Sales. We can assess timber values and mark parcels of timber for sale, either standing, at stump or roadside. We can set up tenders to acheive the best price in the current markets, or arrange for the timber to be sent to auction for sale. Site Surveys. We can assess values of whole forest sites to aid in the sale or purchase of forested land. In such cases we would provide estimates as to how many years it will be before a standing crop would reach saleable age, and calculate forecast revenue from timber sales or sporting rights, in addition to estimating the future costs of management and replanting. |
